High Spec New Build

New project homes aren’t what they used to be.  Check out this stunning Dale Alcock home we painted in its entirety.

The property walls were finished with a new spec plaster called ProRoc.  Once sealed, it really is hard as a rock – which is a huge improvement on new-build plasters of the past.  Although only a 3 x 2, its high celings (including a pitched, cathedral ceiling in the main living area, which flowed out to the alfresco), 28 course federation style doors and 140mm moulded skirting boards, meant it was another huge job involving a lot of detailed work.  The customer insisted on a top quality finish using only the best materials which, of course, wasn’t a problem for us!
