Mt Lawley Heritage Build

An absolutely stunning, high spec, heritage-style build in Mt Lawley where the entire property was designed and built around the chimney which was the only thing left standing from the original dwelling.

A breath-taking Mulberry Homes property, we were contracted to paint the entire home, both inside and out.  This massive, yet rewarding job included a large number of new, jarrah, double-glazed sash windows, most of which were painted prior to installation.. we lost count of how many windows we painted!

The home featured stunning coffered ceilings, fireplaces and panelled lower walls, all built in line with it’s era and painted by us! Other eye-catching details included the external stucco and timber batons which added to its heritage feel.

There was even a smaller version of the main house at the rear of the property which became the owner’s home office and garage.
